M-16 Features
|
Hybrid design combines the lightweight, small body,
four-piston 2000 series caliper with 3.50” spacing
and mounting ears of the rugged 3000 series caliper.
Thicker
pad than the 2000 series. Integrates a bridge bolt for
pad retention and further increases housing rigidity.
Dual center bridge bolts. (Reduce caliper flex).
Superior
in strength to cast calipers.
Stainless
steel pistons.
Retards heat transfer to brake
fluid.
High temperature,
square cut piston seals. Controls piston retraction
for zero drag.
Internal
crossover brake fluid passage. Eliminates potential
crossover tube damage from debris.
Perfect
for front and rear axles on dirt track cars, rear axle
on late model asphalt cars and rear inboard on sprint
cars.
